The Foundation
Extruded Aluminum Channel
The V-Track channel is precision-extruded aluminum that runs the full height of your opening. The channel profile is specifically shaped to capture the keder bead welded to the fabric edge.
Unlike guide rails that simply direct the fabric, V-Track channels physically contain it. The fabric cannot separate from the track without reversing the insertion path. This is what makes V-Track fundamentally different from every other motorized screen system.

Spring-Loaded Wheel System
Dual spring-loaded wheels in the bottom bar secure the weight bar inside the track. The wheels apply constant inward pressure, keeping the screen locked while allowing smooth vertical movement.
This is not friction-based retention. The wheels are engineered to maintain constant engagement regardless of temperature changes, fabric stretch, or wind load. The result is a screen that stays locked in the track through sustained winds and sudden gusts.
